  1. A valid receipt or order confirmation needs to be shown to us via email within seven days from the date of shipping while the tag of Kong Meow is still on product, we will reply and notify about the arrangement within three to four working days.

  2. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be payed by our customers if the problem or mistakes were caused by Kong Meow.

  3. Products can be exchanged if there are any quality problems. However, it does not include any colour, size or any other criteria which cannot meet the customer’s expectations nor any damage which is caused by transportation.

  4. There is no refund service.

  5. Kong Meow will not refund if there are any damage caused by customer’s improper use.

  6. Kong Meow will retain the final decision on product replacement.
