1. Can you ship your products anywhere?

Yes, Kong Meow do ship internationally. However, we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur as a results of international duties. 

2. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal for international customers, and bank transfer for Hong Kong local customers.

3. How do I cancel an order or return an item?

Please E-mail us at kongmeowproduct@gamil.com, together with your order number with pictures of the product that you are returning to us. Then, ship the item together with your receipt to us at 7/F, Innovation Tower, PolyU, Hung Hom. Please notice that Kong Meow will not be responsible for all shipping costs. For more details and information regarding product return, please see our return and refund policy page. 

4. How do I know what is in my shopping cart?

Notification will pop up every time you add in a product to the cart, or can simply click onto the cart icon on the top right corner to see which items you have in your shopping cart.

5. How do I modify the quantity of a product or empty out my shopping cart?

simply click onto the cart icon on the top right corner to see an itemised list of products in your shopping cart. You can remove the product item or to click ‘view cart’ to modify and quantity of the products. 

6. How do I know that Kong Meow has received my order?

After Know Meow had received your order, we will send an email confirming that your order was successfully received. After the products has been shipped, a shipping order number will be sent for your records.
